CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelations All clients must cancel or reschedule within 48 hours before their appointment or 100% of the appointment will be charged. No Call/No Show On the day of your appointment, if you don't show up or I don't hear from you within 15 minutes after your appointment time I will charge 100% of the appointment. I require a card to be put on file in order to book with me and I will charge it if you no show. If it does not go through I will not allow you to book with me again. My time is valuable and I lose money when you no show, so please respect me and my time. Late Arrival I offer a 15 minute grace period if you are running behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule unless I have the time to take you. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I still have time to take you, a late fee will be applied at the end of your service. I understand things happen but I do expect you to communicate with me and let me know if we need to change things. I try to be very flexible and we can usually work something out. Refunds If you are unhappy with your service please let me know within 5 days after the original service and a resolution will be made but no refunds will be given due to time and products being used. If you are unhappy with the work performed, I require that you return to the salon so that your hair, skin or nails can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make any corrections to your service by rescheduling you for a corrective service. Corrections are at no cost to you only within 5 days after the original service. If you go past the 5 day period and are still unhappy I will make corrections to your service but it will cost a fee which will be determined after an inspection of the orginal service. If a corrective service is scheduled during the 5 day time period the corrective service will be free of charge. The service must be a mistake from me and not something you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed). You have 5 days to contact me to receive a corrective service free of charge to correct any mistakes. Corrective services will not be allowed 6 days past initial service date. It is important you contact me as soon as you are unhappy so i can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service. Please keep in mind, using box color, permanant color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one session to achieve your desired result. All new clients requesting a chemical service must come in for a consultation and strand test. Please keep in mind that certain services can stain or damage clothing so always wear something that doesn't have value and isn't expensive. No refunds will be issued in the event of staining or damage from Creative Hair Artistry. Consultations All New clients are required to fill out the "New Clients Form" located in my link tree. This is so I can learn about you and your desired service and see if we are a good fit logether. All blonding, coloring, extensions and complex styles need a consultation before booking unless we are reinstalling, refreshing or touching up a previous service done by me. Please bring a reference picture and any hair clips, charms, bands veils, etc that you will want included. I require a card to be put on file in order to book with me. During your consultation if you do decide to book a service with me, you will be required to put a card on file while at the salon. When you book an appointment with me through my booking site you will be prompted to put in your card info but you will not be charged unless the service you've selected requires a deposit. The purpose of my policies are to be able to inform other clients of any availability, keep my schedule filled and to provide a better service for all of my established and future clients.
