CANCELLATION POLICY
{Cancelations} If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 75% of the service total. {No Call/No Show} On the day of your appointment, if you don't show up or I don't hear from you within 15 minutes after your appointment start time I will charge 75% of the appointment total. I require a card to be put on file in order to book with me and I will charge it if you no show. If it does not go through I will not allow you to book with me again. My time is valuable and I lose money when you no show, so please respect me and my time. {Late Arrival} A 15-minute grace period is allowed if you are running behind. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled unless time allows me to complete your service. If I am able to accommodate you, a $25 late fee will be applied. Please note that certain services require a full appointment time and may not be adjusted. I understand that things happen, and I appreciate clear communication so we can plan accordingly. {Refunds} All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued due to time, product, and resources used. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify me within 48 hours of your appointment. You may be asked to return to the salon so the service can be visually assessed. If an adjustment is deemed appropriate, one (1) complimentary adjustment service will be offered within this 48 hour window. Adjustment services are intended to correct the original service and are not applicable for a change in preference after the service has been completed. Only one complimentary adjustment is allowed per service. Any additional adjustments will be considered a new service and charged accordingly. Approval of your service at checkout, including expressing satisfaction or leaving without requesting changes, constitutes acceptance of the final result and voids eligibility for a complimentary adjustment. If you are unsure or unhappy at any point during your appointment, please communicate openly so I can make adjustments in the moment or schedule additional time if needed. Due to the nature of hair services, results may vary based on individual hair history, condition, and how the hair responds to professional products and chemicals. While every effort will be made to achieve your desired result discussed during consultation, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. By booking, you acknowledge that realistic expectations are required and that Creative Hair Artistry is not liable for results that differ from expectations due to these variables. Some services, especially lightening, may require multiple sessions to achieve your desired result. Adjustment requests made after 48hours will not be eligible for a complimentary service and any corrections will be subject to additional charges. Creative Hair Artistry is not responsible for damage or staining to clothing. Please wear appropriate attire to your appointment. COLOR DISCLOSURE I do not work with henna, Splat, Sun-In or Box color. {Consultations and Forms} All new clients are required to complete a New Client Inquiry Form prior to booking. This allows me to understand your hair history, goals, and ensure we are a good fit. Existing clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their appointment unless otherwise noted. Forms must be submitted at least 3 days in advance to avoid cancellation or rescheduling. This ensures I am fully prepared and stocked for your service. A card is required on file to book any appointment. You will only be charged if your service requires a deposit or in accordance with the policies outlined above. These policies are in place to respect time, maintain an efficient schedule, and provide the best possible experience for every client.
